Dr. Dzifa Dey is a Consultant Rheumatologist and Physician. She founded The Rheumatology Initiative in 2012 after seeing the need to increase awareness about autoimmune rheumatic conditions in Africa where despite the increasing number of cases being diagnosed is still perceived as a “white mans” disease with no funding support and general lack of awareness. She is determined to improve the lives of people with autoimmune rheumatic diseases especially the young ones, through increased awareness, earlier diagnosis, holistic treatment strategies including peer support to improve outcomes. Her dream would be a future future where autoimmune conditions have a cure!
Imelda Kafui Kuwornoo is the Administrator for The Rheumatology Initiative and the Rheusolute Support Group. She is a Chartered Marketer with over 20 years working experience in Marketing, Advertising and Administration. Kafui is currently Heads the Corporate Social Responsibility Unit of Citi FM and Citi TV, she also manages the Sales aspect of www.citinewsroom.com as well as the Station's Social Media platforms. She is in charge of newsmercial and documentary slots on Citi TV. Kafui is passionate about steering tRi to attain greater heights.
Agnes Otto–Boateng is a chartered architect with Arch-Xenus Company, one of the leading architectural firms in Ghana. She comes on board with a relentless can-do attitude being victor over autoimmune disease. Her major drive is to empower affected people with creative régime altering mind-sets to aid a fulfilling life style.
Apostle (Mrs) Lyanne Koffi is a Pastor, a conference speaker, and a renowned Counselor. She is the founder and the general overseer of The Lords Garden Ministries. The Ministry has seven (7) church branches in the nation, with its headquarters in Akosombo.
Kafui Dey is a Corporate Master of Ceremonies. With two decades of sales and marketing experience in various industries. He is passionate about increasing awareness and fundraising to help people with autoimmune conditions.
